Monday marks National Relaxation Day.
A new survey commissioned by Princess Cruises showed 75 percent of Americans want to see National Relaxation Day become an official U.S. holiday.
The survey also revealed nearly a quarter of Americans have never actually had a replacing vacation, and those who have haven't gone in years.
Additionally, 74 percent of those surveyed said their inability to relax negatively affects both their mental and physical health.
Supporters of National Relaxation Day suggest doing something enjoyable, whether it's dressing down for work, leaving a little early or hosting a relaxation exercise at the office.
