El Cortez hosting 'Street Food Throwdown'

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

The El Cortez Hotel & Casino will host the "Vintage Vegas Foods" Street Food Throwdown Friday at 8 p.m..

At the event, local street vendors and food trucks will compete to create classic dishes inspired by El Cortez's Vintage Dining Menu.

There will be multiple food trucks competing in the event to see who can create the best vintage-inspired dish using El Cortez's Vintage Menu as the model for their new creations.
