High-end items, such as a photo of Tony Bennett, is selling for $175. A photo of Johnny Carson is selling for $825. Low-end items like plates and stemware are going for as low as $1.
President of National Content Liquidators Donald Hayes tells FOX5 buyers in this sale come from all over the country, "They come for everything. They come for restaurant equipment. They come for keepsakes, blackjack tables, chandeliers, guest room furniture."
Lines to get inside wrapped around the property Friday morning, and for those in line it took hours to finally get inside.
The most popular item is a camel-shaped lamp going for $150.
"Oh I love it. When I saw it in the paper yesterday I had to have it. I got 2 of them," said buyer Dianna Stubbs.
With the sale, Vegas is losing its history, according to Resident Todd Rupert.
"Vegas is going away. The old Vegas is going away, customer service is going away. We're turning into corporations and it's sad."
