Monica Pappas, co-founder and partner of Vegas Passport, has always worked hard to stay ahead of the competition. Now, more than $4 million in sales later, this former Maxim magazine "Hometown Hottie" is taking the male-dominated Las Vegas nightlife industry by storm.

In 2003, Pappas launched Vegas Passport, a marketing and tourism package development company that has successfully combined the popular and lucrative nightlife industry with the ever-growing billion dollar tourism market to create a unique line of travel destination experience packages.

"We created packages to allow VIP access to customers that may not be able to afford table and bottle service at the nightclubs," says Pappas. "With these packages, visitors can experience the best of Las Vegas nightlife at substantial discounts."

In her role as managing partner, Pappas oversees 10 employees, marketing, operations and business development for Vegas Passport. In addition to working with nightlife purveyors on packages, Pappas facilitates corporate partnerships with such organizations as Travelocity, Orbitz, Expedia and more.

A few years after relocating to Las Vegas, Pappas entered and won Maxim Magazine's first-ever ‘Hometown Hottie' contest. Out of 10,000 entries, readers voted online narrowing the sultry pack down to 1,000 and then again to 100 contestants who were featured in the magazine's August 2003 issue. After a few more cycles of voting, Pappas won the coveted spot in the ‘Top 5 Girls Next Door' editorial spread for the March 2004 issue, posing for the now-infamous peanut butter and jelly pictorial.

In 2009, the female entrepreneur, formerly known as Monica White, wed Las Vegas nightlife legend David Pappas and merged two of the most influential and respected icons in the Las Vegas nightlife industry.

Pappas insists she is easy going, but meticulous and passionate when it comes to conducting business. "I put all of the operations in place and I oversee everything," says Pappas. "I take pride in my work and ensure every part of Vegas Passport is the best in every aspect."

Available online at VegasPassport.com, the Web site offers complimentary line and cover passes, along with complimentary and discounted cocktails and more for the hottest night spots in Las Vegas, including Tryst, Studio 54, Playboy Club, TAO, The Bank and JET, just to name a few.
