Prosecutors also cited the case against Gregory Hover and Richard Freeman. The men are accused of committing a series of robberies and killing two people, including a 21-year-old woman who worked at the Hooters Hotel and Casino.
The third case involves the beating death of a 68-year-old man in October. Will Sitton, 46, faces charges including murder, robbery and burglary.
