FOX5 is proud to introduce its newest Take 5 to Care partnership with Best Buddies Nevada.

Each month FOX5’s Rachel Smith will introduce a pair of Best Buddies to viewers. The purpose of the partnership is to help spread the word about this amazing organization and inspire others to become involved.

Best Buddies is a non-profit organization whose mission is to enhance the lives of people with intellectual disabilities by providing opportunities for friendships and integrated employment. It is a life-changing experience for those involved.

These friendships include middle school aged children, high school, college and adults.

To learn more about how you can become a Best Buddy or to start a chapter at your school or workplace, call 702-822-BBNV (702-822-2268) or visit the group's Web site.
