RENO, Nev. -- Reno police insisted Tuesday that they were not investigating Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger after he was accused of sexual assault in a civil lawsuit filed in Washoe County District Court.A Nevada woman claims the Super Bowl champion assaulted her in 2008. Reno police said the department had not received a crime report related to the alleged incident.Roethlisberger’s attorney denied the claims and said his client will cooperate with authorities if there is an investigation.The woman's lawyer isn't explaining why she didn't go to the police go to the police last summer. She claims the attack occurred during a celebrity golf event at Lake Tahoe.A Washoe County court official denied FOX5's request for a copy of the lawsuit.
