51s To Open 27th Season Thursday
AAA Baseball Team Holds Annual Media Day
Between workouts, the Las Vegas 51s squeezed in a little camera time at their annual media day.The AAA baseball team invited FOX5 out to get a preview of what's in store for their 2009 season."We have that good balance of speed, pitching, defense and power -- and a good group of guys. And the Toronto Blue Jays will continue to put a good product here. And it should be fun for people to come out to the ballpark," said 51s manager Mike Basso.The 51s will open their 27th season Thursday in Colorado.The home opener is next Friday.
