LAS VEGAS -- The state has offered professional bodybuilders Craig Titus and Kelly Ryan an agreement in the trial slaying of their live-in personal assistant.The terms of the agreement are that there will no longer be a trial. Instead, the pair accepted a plea deal. Titus agreed to plea to second-degree murder and Ryan agreed to conspiracy and arson.Titus and Ryan were accused of murder in the death of Melissa James, 28, who, according to an indictment, was drugged, bound, shocked with a stun gun and strangled before her corpse was found in the trunk of Ryan's burned-out red Jaguar in December 2005.Watch FOX5 News at 10 and check fox5vegas.com for updates on this developing story.
