  2. To enter, watch FOX5's MORE every Friday from March 21, 2008 to April 25, 2008 from 9am to 10am. A VIDEO/AUDIO announcement will prompt viewers to call 888-369-5946. The 55th caller is a winner once eligibility is confirmed. Sweepstakes begins March 21, 2008 and ends April 25, 2008. One prize per person and per household.
  3. Entrants must be legal residents of NV and 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of FOX5, Meredith Corporation, Sonic, their agents, affiliates, subsidiaries and members of their immediate families or persons residing in the same household are not eligible. Winners of a prize from FOX5 within the past thirty (30) days from the beginning date of this sweepstakes are not eligible.
  4. All winner selections are under the supervision of FOX5. All decisions of FOX5 regarding winner selection and this sweepstakes are final. Winners will be notified at time of call and prize will be available for pickup on or about March 24th, 31st, April 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th. FOX5 is not responsible for telephone or other technical or mechanical failure or problems of any kind. All prizes must be picked up by May 1st.
  5. Six (6) weekly prizes (one per week) will be awarded. Each winner will receive a $35 gift certificate to Sonic.
  6. Odds of winning depend on the number and timing of eligible calls received.
  7. Entry constitutes permission for FOX5 to use winner's name, hometown, likeness, photograph, voice and statements regarding this sweepstakes for editorial, public relations, promotional and advertising purposes on behalf of FOX5 and Meredith Corporation without compensation unless prohibited by law. Winner, and where applicable, travel companion, will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability/Publicity unless prohibited by law, within two days of notification. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim prize, fails to comply with all rules, is unable to travel on dates of prize or attend event on prize date or fails to respond to the winner notification, the selected winner is disqualified and the prize is forfeited. If forfeited, another winner will be selected from among the eligible entries by random drawing. Subject to all U.S. federal, NV state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  8. FOX5 reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal of greater value for any reason or in the event that Free Coffee Friday is postponed or cancelled or prize becomes unavailable. FOX5 reserves the right to cancel or delay sweepstakes in the event of telephone or other technical or mechanical failure or problems of any kind or because of non-authorized human intervention.
  9. By participating and winning a prize, winner releases FOX5, Meredith Corporation and Sonic, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the sweepstakes or any prize awarded.
