Refreshing Caprese Salad

- 2-3 each Heirloom Tomatoes (green zebra, Cherokee red, sunburst etc.) cut into slices and wedges ¼ inch thick
- 1 eachFour ounce piece of fresh buffalo mozzarella, sliced ¼ inch thick
- 4 each fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbspextra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbspgood quality balsamic vinegar
- To taste sea salt
- To taste fresh cracked pepper
