LAS VEGAS -- If you're looking for a Sugar Daddy, you probably won't have too much luck in Las Vegas.A new report shows many millionaires are leaving the Valley.The poor housing market drove 38 percent of Las Vegas’ millionaire population away last year.Among the other cities losing its top money makers are Orlando at 42 percent and Phoenix at 34 percent.
