LAS VEGAS -- Funeral plans for a Metro police officer who was killed over the weekend will be held this Saturday.Metro Corrections Officer Daniel Leach died last Saturday when his car ran into a gravel truck while driving to Laughlin. The crash occurred on U.S. 95 near Searchlight.Investigators said they are still trying to determine who was at fault.Funeral services for Leach will be at 10 a.m. at the Shrine of the Most Holy Redeemer on East Reno near the Luxor.After the service, Leach will be buried at the Boulder City Cemetery.There will be no visitation or viewing.
