LAS VEGAS -- Dr. Conrad Murray, who was with Michael Jackson when he died, made a brief court appearance in Las Vegas Monday to answer questions over unpaid child support.Survey: Should Conrad Murray Be Charged With Michael Jackson's Homicide?He agreed to pay $1,003 per month to a California woman and her son after she agreed to waive her right to $13,000 in previous support payments.Murray’s attorney claimed his client could not make payments because the controversy surrounding Jackson’s death kept him from working.Murray is under investigation after telling police he gave the singer a powerful anesthetic to help him sleep. His attorney said death threats have forced Murray to close his medical practice and move.
