Missing Teen's Parents Plea For HelpJames Biela had been scheduled to go to trial in February for the killing of 19-year-old Brianna Denison in January 2008.But Washoe District Judge Robert Perry granted a request Friday from Biela's public defender to push the trial back to May 10 because she hasn't had enough time to prepare for the case.Deputy District Attorney Elliott Sattler said prosecutors did not object to the change because they don't want to take any chances of making any verdict vulnerable to appeal.
