LAS VEGAS -- A woman who wielded a pellet gun during a pet store robbery in Henderson and held police at bay by taking a hostage at a Las Vegas gas station is being released from jail pending treatment at a Florida mental health facility.Clark County District Court Judge James Bixler set sentencing next November for 30-year-old Mandy Hagen, and said if she completes a treatment program she could get probation.Defense lawyer David Westbrook said Hagen has family and treatment options in Florida. Hagen pleaded guilty but mentally ill in April to robbery, kidnapping and failure to stop on the signal of a police officer stemming from her arrest in the July 2008 incidents.Westbrook blamed Hagen's acts on untreated mental illness.
