Police: Man Hiding In Vegas Under New Identity

LAS VEGAS -- A 28-year-old Las Vegas man is accused of killing a man after a fight at an Oakland nightclub in 2004, police said Friday.

Jetsae Martinez was believed to have been hiding out in southern Nevada under a different name, but was identified by detectives in Oakland and southern Nevada. Police said Martinez did not try to run when officers confronted him at his home Wednesday morning.

After the 2004 fight inside the nightclub, authorities said Martinez went to his car to get a gun, went back inside and shot the victim.

Martinez is due in court Monday.
