LAS VEGAS -- The Southern Nevada Health District opened its doors to those wanting the H1N1 vaccine Monday but warned the inhaled FluMist was the only version available.Health officials are holding onto their limited supply of the injected vaccine until more shots arrive this week.Survey: Will You Get The H1N1 Vaccine?For those who want the vaccine and are not picky about which form it comes in, a weeklong vaccine clinic is under way at the health district’s main office on 625 Shadow Lane.The inhaled vaccine is available from 10 a.m. until 6 pm. The clinic ends Friday.Related Link: SNHD Vaccination ClinicsThe health district has not yet reported last week’s updated number of H1N1 cases in southern Nevada, but there were 854 confirmed cases for the week ending Oct. 24. That number was up from 361 the previous week.
