NORTH LAS VEGAS -- A small, home-built plane made a hard landing on a street in North Las Vegas, near Texas Station Casino, after taking off from the North Las Vegas Airport.Video: 
Homemade Plane Crashes Into SUV In NLVPolice said the plane’s engine failed, and it clipped some power lines and an SUV before it landed.
