LAS VEGAS -- Four deaths in southern Nevada last week were blamed on the H1N1 virus Wednesday, as health officials urged people to take advantage of vaccine clinics being held through the weekend.Survey: Will You Get The H1N1 Vaccine?Two men, ages 40 and 44, and two women, ages 22 and 28, all died last week. The 40-year-old was the only one who did not suffer from any underlying medical condition, officials said.According to the health district, a total of 854 H1N1 cases have been confirmed in southern Nevada. There have been six deaths in October and a total of 19 since last spring.Related Link: SNHD Vaccination ClinicsTo combat the spread of the disease, the inhaled H1N1 vaccination will be available at its main office on Shadow Lane on the following dates:Thursday, Oct. 29 Monday, Nov. 2 – Friday, Nov. 6 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. To date, the health district has received 50,000 doses of the vaccine and has distributed 22,000 doses. For now, only the inhaled vaccine will be given, until a new supply of the injected vaccine arrives.
