Man Who Accused Gibbons Of Bribes Arrested

Montgomery Charged With Passing Bad Checks At Caesars

A software designer who accused Gov. Jim Gibbons of taking bribes has been arrested.

Dennis Montgomery, 56, was taken into custody in Palm Springs last week on charges of passing bad checks at Caesars Palace.

The checks totaled close to $1 million, investigators said.
