LAS VEGAS -- Jurors have begun deliberating in the trial of Steven Zagrean, a man accused of opening fire inside the New York-New York casino on the Las Vegas Strip.
Video: 911 Calls Show Chaos During Casino ShootingZagrean, 51, was arrested after the shooting in the early morning hours of July 6, 2007. His attorneys admit their client was the shooter, but claimed he was depressed and wanted police to kill him.Videotape from the incident shows Zagrean being tackled by a casino patron as he paused to reload his gun.A number of prosecution witnesses took the stand last week and described the chaos that unfolded that morning. Four people were shot and wounded, and a fifth person was trampled by panicked witnesses trying to get away from Zagrean.
