WASHOE COUNTY, Nev. -- An Amber Alert has been issued for four children last seen in Washoe County in Northern Nevada.The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office suspects the children are with their mother Claire Tourand, 34. She’s white, about 5 feet 8 inches tall and 220 pounds with a large build and brown hair and hazel eyes.Tourand was last seen driving a white 1998 Mercury Sable with Nevada plate 369-SDH.Tourand had been expected to meet with Social Services on Friday about the custody of the children, but she did not show up for the meeting. Investigators believe she fled her residence with the children in the last 24 hours.A court order was issued for the return of the children by a family court judge. The judge said there was an immediate risk of harm to the children, according to the Amber Alert information.The children are Ivan Mata-Martinez, 9, about 4 feet tall and 80 pounds; Jaklyne Mata-Martinez, 8, about 3 feet tall and 60 pounds; Megan Mata-Martinez, 7; and Tyson Mata-Martinez, 4.
