LAS VEGAS -- The defense now has the case in the Las Vegas New York-New York Casino shooting.An expert testified Friday that Steven Zegrean did not intend to hurt anyone when he went in armed.Five people were injured in the shooting.The expert said Zegrean had thoughts of "suicidal depression."
