LAS VEGAS -- The killing of a 45-year-old woman in her Las Vegas home stemmed from a case of domestic violence, police said Friday.Officers found the woman’s body at a house near Bonanza Road and Lamb Boulevard shortly after her boyfriend walked into City Hall and allegedly confessed to stabbing her.The 47-year-old man was arrested. Police haven’t released his name or the name of the victim. At an afternoon news conference, police said the couple had been together for eight years. Three children and their grandmother were in the house at the time of the stabbing, but police would not say if those people were related to the victim or her boyfriend. When asked whether the confession would make any difference in their investigation, Metro police Lt.
