LAS VEGAS -- A $2,000 reward has been offered for a fugitive charged with felony hit and run who has been accused of breaking free of his house arrest device.Carlos Henriquez was arrested in March on charges of felony DUI in the death of James Corrao. He was later released with a house arrest device and did not appear for his April court date.
