LAS VEGAS -- A Las Vegas woman facing charges in the death of her mentally challenged daughter appeared in court Tuesday.Police said 24-year-old Raven Gibbons left her 5-year-old daughter, who had cerebral palsy, unattended in a bathtub, and the girl drowned.Now, Gibbons has been charged with murder and child neglect.Gibbons is due back in court July 21 for her preliminary hearing.
