LAS VEGAS -- A woman has been arrested in connection with a 5-year-old girl’s drowning death in a bathtub.

Metro police said Raven Gibbons, 24, was arrested on charges of second-degree murder and child neglect with substantial bodily harm. She does not have a local record with police.

The victim was D’Amber Myles. She suffered from cerebral palsy, police said.

Police said the drowning occurred on June 30 in an apartment complex in the 5300 block of East Craig Road.
