LAS VEGAS -- Las Vegas police said no criminal charges will be filed against a couple whose son died after nearly drowning in the family’s pool Sunday.The boy’s parents told police they were inside their house, near Flamingo Road and Jones Road, when they noticed the boy was missing.

She remains in critical condition.
