LAS VEGAS -- In one of his last official acts, Nevada higher education Chancellor Jim Rogers said the contract of University of Nevada, Las Vegas President David Ashley should be terminated.The act came after several meetings in which Ashley was reportedly asked to quit.Rogers has criticized Ashley's managerial style, and his wife has also been the target of complaints from staffers.Ashley has said he has no plans to step down.
