LAS VEGAS -- Six Valley high schools have been named among the top 1,500 in the nation by Newsweek magazine.The ratings were based on a ratio which included the number of advanced placement students and Cambridge test takers.In Las Vegas, five schools made the list, including Advanced Technologies Academy, Clark and Valley, which all reached the top 1,000.Coronado and Las Vegas Academy of International Studies were also included.In Henderson, Green Valley High School also made the list.To view the entire list, go to Newsweek.
