LAS VEGAS -- Disgraced football star O.J. Simpson is asking the Nevada Supreme Court to overturn his conviction in a botched robbery at a Las Vegas hotel in 2007.The 47-page appeal claims Simpson’s conviction was tainted by judicial misconduct, a lack of racial diversity on the jury, and errors in sentencing and jury instructions.Read O.J. Simpson’s AppealSimpson’s attorneys placed much of the blame on Clark County District Court Judge Jackie Glass, and accused prosecutors of improperly questioning witnesses about allegations of intimidation.There is no indication the court will hear the appeal or when they could make a ruling.Simpson is serving nine to 33 years at the Lovelock Correctional Center in Lovelock, Nevada.
