LAS VEGAS -- Two Clark County firefighters are still on the job but are being investigated for calling off paramedics after an attempted suicide.

The incident occurred Thursday night at a home on the 5300 block of Twain Avenue.

The paramedics reportedly were called back to the scene by the coroner, who realized the victim was alive -- and in fact, lived for another two days before dying.

Both firefighters are still working but are no longer responding to medical calls, pending review by the Clark County Fire Department.
