BOULDER CITY, Nev. -- The Boulder City junior high school teacher facing child pornography charges was in court Tuesday.Charles Rogers had his felony arraignment. He faces 64 counts of possession of child porn.Rogers is suspected of victimizing boys between 6 and 15 years old within the past 15 years.His bail was set for $1.25 million. He is still in custody.Rogers will be back in court April 21.
