BOULDER CITY, Nev -- Boulder City police have called a news conference to discuss the addition of sexual assault charges in the case of Charles Richard Rogers.Rogers, a junior high school teacher and soccer coach, was accused last month of possessing child pornography.FOX5 has a crew at the news conference in Boulder City.
