Las Vegans looking for cheap houses can afford to be choosy. The market does not appear to have hit bottom.Prices will continue to fall in more than half of the largest U.S. cities through 2010, according to a report in Bloomberg, citing numbers from PMI Mortgage Insurance Company.Las Vegas is listed in the top 10 of cities with a 99 percent chance of lower prices next year. Half of the cities on that list are in the Western United States, including Phoenix, Los Angeles, Riverside and Santa Ana, Calif.
