LAS VEGAS -- The mother of the alleged victim on an infamous tape took the stand Wednesday in the Chester Stiles trial.

Stiles is accused of raping her toddler and taping it.

The mother testified when she saw the tape, she recognized the bedroom and the dress the girl was wearing.

The man who found the tape also testified Wednesday.

Darrin Tuck admitted he kept the videotape for four months. He said he was scared to turn it in.

Tuck said he had a crisis of conscience and took the tape to police because he thought he could help the girl on it.

The tape is expected to be played in court Thursday morning. Only the jury will see it, with reporters being given a chance to watch it afterward.
