LAS VEGAS -- The parents accused of child abuse after a python attacked their 3-year-old were back in court Friday.Anthony and Melissa Melendrez are charged with felony child neglect, abuse and endangerment.Officials said the snake wrapped around the toddler and tried to suffocate him.The boy's mother was able to free the boy after stabbing the snake more than a dozen times.The parents will be back in court for a preliminary hearing Feb. 25.
