LAS VEGAS -- Charges won't be filed against a day care owner following the drowning of a child.Jordan Williams, 18 months old, drowned in a pool behind a home being used as a day care.Clark County prosecutors decided an abuse and neglect case against the owner, Marisela Carvajal, could not be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.Carvajal told police she didn't know if she completely closed the gate separating the pool from the patio.
