NORTH LAS VEGAS -- Police are calling the deaths of two people whose bodies were found by a truck in a remote area of the desert on Monday a murder-suicide.North Las Vegas police Sgt. Justin Ryan said police found the bodies at about 3 p.m. by a truck in a remote area near Interstate 215 and Losee Road.He said both were identified at the scene, but only one identity has been released.Jeffrey L. Lingle, 38, of Las Vegas, died from a gunshot wound to the head, which has been ruled as a suicide, police said.Ryan said the incident is still under investigation.Anyone with information is asked to call North Las Vegas police at 702-633-9111 or Crime Stoppers at 702-385-5555.
