LAS VEGAS -- The case of a man accused of sexually assaulting a 2-year-old girl and capturing it on videotape may not go to court until the new year.Chester Stiles was in court for a status check Monday. Jury selection for his trial was set to begin Tuesday, but court officials said it may be postponed until January or February.Stiles was booked on more than 30 charges in connection with the assault, including felony creation of child pornography.Nye County sheriff's deputies received the tape of the sexual assault in September 2007, spawning a nationwide manhunt for Stiles. He was arrested in Henderson that October.He will be back in court on Thursday for a pre-trial conference.
