LAS VEGAS -- Three men in their early 20s were struck from behind by a drunken driver traveling at a high rate of speed Friday night, Metro police said.The collision occurred at 9:11 p.m. as the men were pushing their car because it had run out of gas on South Durango Drive and Peace Way, police said.A 2004 Ford F150 being driven by Camille Lagroe, 23, of Las Vegas, was northbound on Durango Drive in the right lane when it failed to avoid a 2001 Kia Sedan being pushed in the northbound right travel lane by the three men, police said.Police said the Ford struck the Kia, sending it forward into the intersection.The three pedestrians, all of Las Vegas, were taken to University Medical Center Trauma.Nicke Cimini, 21, was in serious condition as of Saturday morning. Fransisco Anchetas, 22, was also in serious condition, and Brian Espiritu, 21, was in critical condition Saturday morning, police said.Lagroe was arrested on felony DUI charges, police said.Police are investigating the collision.
