LAS VEGAS -- The man accused of raping a girl and videotaping the assault was in court on Tuesday.The defense for Chester Stiles filed a motion to have 52 jailhouse phone calls removed from evidence.The judge told the prosecution to let the defense know a day in advance what tapes they will use in court, if any.From there, the judge will determine if the tapes are admissible or not.
