LAS VEGAS -- The chairman of the Clark County commission is calling for local leaders to help with the foreclosure crisis.Rory Reid wants the mayors in southern Nevada to develop a regional plan to spend federal money.Nevada stands to get more than $72 million from the neighborhood stabilization program.Reid also wants Gov. Jim Gibbons to get involved.
