LAS VEGAS -- The man accused of sexually assaulting a 3-year-old girl and videotaping the abuse was in court Tuesday.Chester Stiles had a status check and pre-trial hearing.There was nationwide man hunt for him last year. Stiles was arrested last October.The man who found the tape, Darrin Tuck, was sentenced to three years probation.The trial for Stiles is scheduled to start on Oct. 27.
