LAS VEGAS -- The husband of suspended Judge Elizabeth Halverson was indicted by a grand jury Wednesday.Ed Halverson is accused of attacking his wife with a frying pan earlier this month.Elizabeth Halverson was released from a hospital Sunday and testified before a grand jury Tuesday.Ed Halverson is charged with battery and attempted murder.
