LAS VEGAS -- Thanks to a voter-outreach group, the College of Southern Nevada will host a legislative debate Wednesday.

Raise Your Voice, a student-led voter education program, will moderate the debate. Topics of conversation will include education issues, state budget cuts and problems and solutions to Nevada's current fiscal crisis.

Candidates who have confirmed include Sen. Bob Beers, Sharon Gobel, Sen. Steven Horsford, Lindsay Madsen and Assemblyman David Parks.

This event will give students, parents, faculty and staff as well as the community a chance to learn where their candidates stand so they know what to do come November.
