LAS VEGAS -- Suspended Judge Elizabeth Halverson testified before a grand jury on Tuesday.She was released form the hospital on Sunday, after her husband allegedly beat her with a frying pan earlier this month, according to police.Ed Halverson is currently in jail. He's charged with battery and attempted murder.
