LAS VEGAS -- FOX5 has the 911 calls from the night suspended Judge Elizabeth Halverson was beaten.The embattled judge first came into the spotlight when she was the focus of many staffers’ complaints.She was in the middle of a dismissal hearing process when this attack happened a week ago.Now, Halverson is in a hospital with serious head wounds.Halverson lay bleeding in her bedroom, where police later found her."Please help, please help, please help me. He's beating me with a frying pan. I'm bleeding to death," she told the 911 operator. “He's trying to kill me, my husband.”Police said the "he" to whom she referred is Ed Halverson, the person to whom they said they think she was talking throughout the 911 call.“I think you broke my jaw, and my hand definitely,” Elizabeth Halverson said. “I don't think I can see from this eye. There's blood going everywhere … It's going to be a big mess from all the blood.”Her fighting wit came out, even as she fought for her life.“I can't see out of this eye,” she said on the 911 call.The voice in the background asked, “Why?” Her reply was “Duh.”As the call went on, Elizabeth Halverson became angry.“Why did you kill me? Why did you kill me? Well, you murdered me! Why did you do that? What the (expletive),” she said.While she had already said a frying pan was the weapon, a dispatcher wanted to make sure there wasn't any additional danger. The dispatcher asked her if there were any guns in the house.“No, he's an ex-con,” Elizabeth Halverson replied.She then said, "Oh my, I'm bleeding to death.”The dispatcher said, “We have medical on the way.”“Please hurry,” Elizabeth Halverson said.Minutes later, the sounds of police officers shouting commands were heard through the phone.“Help me. Help me, please,” Elizabeth Halverson said.Ed Halverson is being held on a $113,000 bond.Elizabeth Halverson's dismissal hearing has been granted a 30-day extension because of her hospitalization.
