LAS VEGAS -- More details are emerging about the attack on suspended Judge Elizabeth Halverson.

Halverson was found beaten in her home late Thursday night.

Her husband, Ed Halverson, is accused of attacking her with a frying pan, according to police.

In the arrest report, police said they found the husband covered in blood when they arrived.

Elizabeth told investigators Ed had tried to clean up the blood with some bleach. A bottle of bleach was found in a nearby trash can, the report said.

Elizabeth was in serious condition Monday night.

Her husband is scheduled to be in court on Tuesday.
